Competition is fierce. Manufacturers will have to pull out all the stops to effectively compete globally. One of the most effective paths is the Lean Journey. Faster, better, cheaper and focused on the customer is what it's all about. Get out all the waste to reduce costs, deliver product quickly at high quality and then price competitively.
Continuous Improvement, by any name, is a culture that must be ingrained into an organization from product design to the ordering process to manufacturing and delivery.
Lean is a culture that encompasses the whole organization in a disciplined approach that allows an organization to effectively compete in any viable market.
Paranet Members are all practicing Lean Principles at some stage. They are helping each other go to the next level of competition. Members have developed a Lean Assessment process that will identify the level of lean a company is at, as well as provide action plans and steps to improve. If you are repsonsible for implementation of Lean principles at the operational level, the Paranet Lean Implementers Network can be a tremendous tool for your organization.
