LeaderPro - A leadership development program


Paranet's LeaderPRO - for key managers and supervisors.

Learn and sharpen leadership skills through professional workshops while at the same time participating in a small coaching group to reinforce new skills learned.

Leaders will learn to build a team, establish goals and a vision, effectively communicate, develop and evaluate others.

Leaders have complex roles& Typically promoted as a result of technical ability and a reputation for getting things done, new leaders are not always prepared for their role and the success factors against which they will be measured.

The Process

  • LeaderPRO meets twice per month over the course of about a year. Participants meet in classroom workshops followed a week or so later by a separate 2 hour small group coaching meeting.

  • Workshops are hands-on, interactive, and informal learning events.

  • Small Group Coaching Sessions reinforce leadership skills learned in the classroom.

  • One on One Session with each participant and their manager to align development goals.
